About Jayesh Patel

Since 2010, Dr. Jayesh Patel has provided family practice and geriatric care to Middle Georgia. Dr. Patel did his fellowship training in geriatric and integrative medicine from Mercer University School of Medicine. He is the Medical Director of Atrium Health Navicent Carlyle Place and the Associate Director of Atrium Health Navicent Pinepoint Hospice. He belongs to the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Geriatrics Society (AGS), and the American Medical Association (AMA).
