Kelly was born in Atlanta, Georgia but has spent most of her life in North Carolina and will always consider it home. She attended East Carolina University for undergraduate school and worked in Charlotte before moving to Winston-Salem for graduate school and has loved living here ever since. She is passionate about the community and is dedicated to serving it well. In her spare time you will usually find her enjoying the lake or spending time with her dog, family and friends.
