Dr.Maria Hernandez received her medical degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Rockford. She then went on to complete a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She joined Summit Digestive & Liver Disease Specialists in 2007. She is committed to serving her community and is dedicated to providing compassionate, high quality care. Her special interests include liver diseases and Hepatitis C.
