Please schedule one child per time slot and select "BOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE". If you have multiple children, repeat the process in back to back time slots. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please have your child remain secured with safety belt/car seat at all times. Children 5 years and under should wear shorts and short-sleeve shirts. Children 6 years and older should wear short-sleeve shirts. We're looking forward to a safe and successful flu vaccine season!
