About Procedures- Liver Health Scan
The FibroScan is a quick, painless test that checks the health of your liver by measuring stiffness and fat content. It is similar to an ultrasound- there are no needles, no sedation, and it only takes about 5-10 minutes. You will lie comfortably on your back while a small probe is placed on your skin. To get the most accurate results, please make sure you have not eaten or drank anything for at least 3 hours before your appointment.
