Flu Vaccine: We offer Flucelvax for ages 6 months and older, Fluad for 65+ and Flumist for ages 2 years - 18 years. COVID Vaccine: We offer Pfizer and Moderna for patients aged 6 months and older, and Novavax for patients aged 18+ at Selected Clinics. How to Schedule: Make a separate appointment for each patient who would like to be vaccinated - Indicate which type of vaccine(s) you'd like in the Visit Info box and watch for a text message with further instructions prior to your appointment.
