About ANNETTE CROMBIE
Annette is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in 1986. After 24 years working as a Registered Nurse in many clinical settings, such as critical care, hemodialysis, and long-term care, she attended Oregon Health & Science University and graduated with a Master of Nursing degree in Nursing Education/Gerontology in 2012.
