About Carl Dear
Carl Dear, PA-C is passionate about healthcare and works closely with his patients to help them achieve their optimal health. He believes in a team-oriented approach by closely listening to patients input and together, creating a healthcare plan to best fit their needs. He started working as a Physician Assistant in 1998 in the Maryland and Washington D.C areas before relocating to Texas in 2008. He worked for the Baylor hospital system and made a transition into family practice in 2013.
