Dr. Charles Kratz joined Community Health & Wellness Partners of Logan County on March 1, 2016, after caring for patients at Oakhill Medical Associates for 20 years. Dr. Kratz has served as the President of the Medical Staff at Mary Rutan Hospital and is currently the Medical Director for Hospice Services with Universal Home Health and Hospice.
