About Doug Rae
I earned my BSN from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC in 2013 and worked as an RN in the medical/surgical and adult critical care settings. After relocating to Phoenix, AZ in 2022 I continued to work as an RN in critical care while attending the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Grand Canyon University. I graduated from GCU in 2025 and am excited to bring my passion for inclusive, patient-centered care to Prisma Community Care.
