With a deep passion for mountain biking, cycling, running, and hiking, she discovered her love for Utah and decided to make it her permanent residence. Emily holds a Master's degree in physician assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences. Growing up, she gained a profound understanding of how a lack of support and limited resources can significantly affect one's health and life trajectory.
