About Georgios Rossidis

George Rossidis, MD was born in Cyprus and graduated valedictorian from Semmelweis University. He completed internship at the Mayo Clinic, surgical residency and a minimally invasive/bariatric fellowship at the University of Florida, later serving as UF faculty. He previously led bariatric and esophageal cancer programs in St. Petersburg. He is board certified and focuses on minimally invasive GI, bariatric, hernia, surgical oncology, and breast surgery
