About Jacob Green
Dr. Green is a board-certified family medicine physician who was born and raised in Western PA. He attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He completed his residency training in Jacksonville, Florida, where he gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He returned to his hometown community and is dedicated to building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their health and wellness across all stages of life.
