About JEFFREY SANDATE
Dr. Jeffrey Sandate was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, where at a very early age he knew he wanted to become a physician. Throughout his grandmothers battle with cancer, he was surrounded by caring and compassionate doctors, which piqued his interest in the medical field. His commitment to becoming a physician took him to the University of Notre Dame, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Professional studies. He then attended medical school in his home state.
