About JOHN GUENST
Dr. Guenst has been with St. Thomas Medical Group since 1995. He completed his medical degree at Vanderbilt University in 1989 and residency in Internal Medicine in 1994. He was a pilot in the Air National Guard from 1998- 2003. His ratings include Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. He is an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner (AME). Other interests include primary care, nutrition, preventative medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Guenst enjoys hiking, cycling and gardening.
