Kelley is a native of Bloomfield NJ. She received her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in 2007. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing Practice from Columbia University. After graduation. Kelley moved to the DMV and spent 2 years in primary care before working at Childrens National Medical Center in the Department of Gastroenterology from 2012-2019. where she worked as the inpatient consult coordinator.
