A personal understanding of the patient experience has inspired her goal to make her patients feel comfortable while in her care. Most importantly, she wants every patient to feel like family. Mackenzie Hartman chose family medicine because of her desire to care for the whole patient and build lasting relationships. She joined Family Health West Primary Care in September 2020.
