About Meredith Schweitzer
Dr. Schweitzer is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been caring for patients for more than 13 years. She earned her osteopathic medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed her residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Florida. She joined TriStar in 2013 and enjoys caring for families in the community. Dr. Schweitzer lives in Franklin with her husband and three children.
