Dr. Thanawala was ten when she moved from Poland to Chicago. Her desire to become a family medicine physician came from the way a doctor cared for a family member during a long illness and she saw what a gift it is to care for individuals in their most vulnerable state.Dr. Thanawala wants to provide comprehensive and continual support to her patients and believes communication is key; that it helps improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
