About Rafael Baez
In 2003, Dr. Baez was accepted and completed the "Fifth Pathway Program" sponsored by the New York Medical College at Saint Claire's Hospital (now Saint Vincent Midtown) in Manhattan, New York. In July 2014, he joined the Soma Medical Center family. Dr. Baez is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and has advanced training in Stroke Life Support (ASLS) and Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). He is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Florida and Puerto Rico.
