Dr. Martinez began his medical education at the University of Zaragoza School of Medicine, Zaragoza, Spain. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Mayaguez Medical Center, and a Pulmonary Fellowship at University District Hospital, both located in Puerto Rico. Today, he is s a board-certified pulmonologist with over 20 years of experience as a physician. He has been practicing in the Tampa Bay Area for 24 years.
