About Sanjeev Balamohan
Sanjeev Balamohan, MD. was raised in Fort Wayne Indiana and joined the Ear Nose and Throat Center in 2018. He attended college and medical school at Indiana University where he was selected to membership in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed internship and residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Florida. He joined the staff of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in 2018.
