About Scott Fowler
Dr. Fowler has lived his whole life in Oklahoma. He grew up in Sulphur, Oklahoma where he enjoyed fishing and camping. He moved to Weatherford to attend college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) for Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Computer Science. After graduating in 2003, he trained in Tulsa at the Oklahoma State University (OSU) Center for Health Sciences where he was Family Medicine Student of the Year. He completed Family Medicine residency at OSU Medical Center.
