About Sefton Vergano
Dr. Sefton Vergano received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. He subsequently joined the biochemistry department at New York University. His work there culminated in the publication of an innovative study in the Journal of Biological Chemistry. After two years in the lab, Dr. Vergano returned to Philadelphia to complete his medical degree. He attended the Temple University School of Medicine and earned his medical degree in 2004.
