About SHIRLEY BLANCO
Mrs. Blanco is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing excellent care. She was born in Puerto Rico and raised in South Florida. She received her Bachelors of Nursing from Chamberlin University in 2014 and after 3 years of practice, she returned to school to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner. Shirley moved to Crestview in 2019 and began her time with North Florida Medical Crestview later that year.
