About Stacey Rivera
Stacey Rivera ARNP, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate as well as her graduate studies at the University of Central Florida, with Sigma Theta Tau honors. Stacey implemented the Chronic Care Management program for the office, which has a focus on continuity of care and reducing hospital readmissions. Her holistic approach to healthcare is focused on the treatment of a person as a whole, with an emphasis on patient education and prevention.
