Dr. Tara Mitchell is a native of Mercer County having grown up in Athens, WV and graduating from Pikeview High School. She attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV and completed residency training at ETSU Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN. She practiced in Princeton, WV for 10 years prior to starting Lively Pediatrics in May 2021.
