About Theresa Sligting
Brooke received her nursing degree from the University of Utah and her FNP from Western Governor's University. Her 25 year nursing career was in pediatrics working on various floors at Primary Children's Hospital then managing complex patient's in home care. She is excited to now be treating all ages in family practice. She has special interests in wellness, longevity, and healthy lifestyle to improve health.
