Dr. Matheus is board certified in both gastroenterology and internal medicine. She specializes in colorectal screening and GERD/dysphagia and has advanced training in esophageal disorders, including swallowing problems, reflux and digestive tract motility. Dr. Matheus performs in-office capsule endoscopy and colonoscopy screenings.
